HR Clerk

Primary Responsibilities

The HR Clerk provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of HR functions. This position supports recruiting, payroll, employee records, and other HR administrative processes while delivering excellent service to employees.

Essential Duties

-Assist with day-to-day recruiting activities, including candidate coordination and onboarding support.

-Provide administrative support to the HR team across a variety of human resources functions.

-Process payroll and maintain accurate time and attendance records.

-Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

-Perform data entry and maintain HR records with accuracy and attention to detail.

-Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.

-Complete clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

Qualifications

-Required Skills & Abilities

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

-Strong computer and data entry skills.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

-Effective verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
