We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.Key Responsibilities:Perform a general evaluation of an application (financial documents, mortgage type etc.)Gather all missing data from loan officer (assets, debts etc.)Verify information and references by contacting the right sourcesCorrect mistakes and investigate inconsistenciesAct as point of contact between loan officers and underwritersConduct a final review of the file before closingOutstanding communication and customer service skillsEnsure you make timely and accurate responses to our loan partners and be willing to get on the phone to get issues resolved quickly.Basic Qualifications:Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailSpecific Qualifications:Proven experience as mortgage loan processor or similar positionExperience with FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional is preferred but as long as you have experience in at least one of these loan programs we can help train in the other loan programs.Understanding of loan guidelines and underwriting proceduresKnowledge of laws and best practicesProficient in Encompass LOS - We are willing to train if you have used a prior LOS softwareOutstanding communication and customer service skillsExcellent attention to detailWell-organized and able to handle pressureMath skillsHigh school diplomaBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceIn Summary:If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that values your skills and expertise, we want to hear from you.
