Job Overview As a Lead Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, you will manage the studio and help clients achieve their goals through our practitioner‑assisted stretch model. You will lead a team of Sales Associates, drive membership sales, and uphold high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Drive membership sales for each guest who enters the studio. Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns. Lead and coach Sales Associates, holding them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals. Retain members by following daily operation guides, delivering great service, and conducting consistent follow‑ups. Lead by example, exceeding expectations and supporting the team daily. Track KPIs to understand studio performance and assist the General Manager in monitoring and reporting sales metrics. Promote the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching by hitting sales goals, encouraging add‑ons, and improving sales skills. Qualifications Successful sales leaders who can confidently connect with guests and convert them to members after a first session. Driven and competitive, holding staff accountable to exceed sales goals. Well‑organized with exceptional time‑management and multitasking skills.
