Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:

• Enter and process all customer parts orders accurately and efficiently in SAP
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve requests or complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide customers with pricing, availability, shipping dates, and updates on order status
• Proactively notify customers of shipment delays and gather additional order details as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely shipment scheduling of orders
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Verify and confirm pricing, discounts, and order details for accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales, shipping, warehouse, carriers) to expedite or trace delayed or missing shipments
• Compile data and prepare reports for management, including parts performance, cross-referencing, and field feedback
• Handle escalated or irate customers professionally and work toward effective resolution
• Collect and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts
• Contribute to the development and improvement of parts identification tools and resources
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows-based systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions calmly and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and order processing
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to coordinate across departments
• Strong listening skills and openness to feedback and new ideas
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving goals
