We’re looking for an outgoing and ambitious Customer Relations Specialist to join our growing team! This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants more than just a job — you’ll gain practical skills in customer relations, sales, communication, and training to develop a strong understanding of the customer journey from the first interaction through the close. 

Our team works directly with customers in a customer-facing environment, learning how to build trust, understand customer needs, communicate value, and create positive experiences. As you develop, you’ll also have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in training, team development, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our clients and interact directly with customers
• Build professional relationships and create a positive customer experience
• Learn and apply proven sales and customer engagement strategies
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and performance grow
