We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Mid Rivers Mall Drive location in St. Peters. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service and support to our customers while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, and contribute to creating memorable experiences that build customer loyalty.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, purchases, and service requests
• Listen actively to customer concerns and provide thoughtful, timely solutions
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card payments
• Address customer complaints with patience and professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutions
• Maintain product knowledge and provide recommendations that meet customer needs
• Keep the customer service area organized, clean, and well-stocked
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
• Support additional store operations as needed during peak hours or special events

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and empathy skills
• Proven ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Preferred: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Preferred: Multilingual capabilities
• Preferred: Previous sales or upselling experience
