In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our proposal process, from identifying opportunities to final submission. This includes preparing, formatting, and assembling professional proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages. You will be responsible for ensuring that all proposals are accurate, polished, and submitted on time. This role is integral to our business development efforts and requires a candidate with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the construction industry. Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the preparation and submission of RFQs, RFPs, bids, and prequalification packages. 2. Maintain and update company resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials. 3. Ensure all proposals are accurate, polished, and submitted on time. 4. Coordinate and manage the proposal process from opportunity identification through submission. 5. Prepare, format, and assemble professional proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages. 6. Review bid requirements, specifications, and proposal documents for accuracy and completeness. 7. Collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather necessary information for proposals. 8. Continuously improve the proposal process to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a proposal coordinator role in the construction industry. 3. Proven track record of coordinating and managing successful proposal submissions. 4. Strong understanding of the construction industry and its proposal process. 5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. 6. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 10. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 11. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about the proposal process.
