Marketing Manager - Primos/Hoppe’s

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Outdoor Performance Platform Marketing team and lead global marketing for Primos Huntingand Hoppe’s. The Outdoor Performance priorities are to be consumer‑first, to lead with our powerful brands, and to invest in the portfolio. Our marketing team will create consumer demand through smart brand & product promotion, best‑in‑class content & creative services, insight‑driven shopper experiences, and focused channel activation. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing ownable brand positioning and developing initiatives designed to enhance awareness and relevance for the Primos Hunting brand. You will establish brand guidelines and standards for the organization. You will build strategic marketing plans and work with department and brand leaders to achieve market dominance while driving revenue and profitability growth. This position reports to the Vice President, Head of Marketing , and is based in Brookhaven, MS. As the Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to: Develop, lead, and inspire a highly productive, results‑oriented marketing team. Work closely with functional partners to ensure a successful, seasonal I2C process. Partner with brand and Outdoor Performance leadership to support and reinforce brand strategies and identify opportunities to reach new consumers. Execute the plan to deliver brand objectives across all channels and markets. Collaborate with industry marketing service providers and the internal agency to create elevated content. Communicate product innovation effectively to the consumer through all media channels. Lead and leverage brand ambassador marketing relationships. Develop organic social plans to influence consumers and retail customers via organic channels. Create metrics for the success of all marketing programs, instilling a high‑performing team culture. Have positive and professional communication with senior leaders outside the Platform. Creation of marketing materials in product packaging, POP, manuals, and sales sheets in conjunction with the agency and channel marketing partners. Plan and coordinate product launches across marketing channels and departments. Help organize trade shows, launch events, and other outside activations. Support the selling process with the sales team, including communication and materials, coordinating deliverable timelines to ensure Sales team is fully equipped for successful sell‑in. Work with the content team in organizing brand digital assets in a DAM for internal and external use. You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing 5 years of experience in brand marketing Understanding of market data and how to translate that into marketing action Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills Flexibility and a willingness to work within a dynamic and changing work environment Experience in marketing to multiple consumer target audiences Experience in the hunting industry Pay Range: Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
