Incorporate safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices. Operates POS system in processing food and beverage charges. Handles multiple transactions with cash, credit cards, coupons, vouchers, comps, etc. Prepares daily sales reports and reconciliation statements for the vault. Interacts positively with customers by inquiring about their dining experience, satisfaction, answering any questions and providing casino information either in person or via telephone. Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing, or setting table, being a team player. Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services. Complies with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, MICS. Report and document all unusual occurrences. Able to communicate orally and in writing. Practice and always maintain confidentiality. Attends all mandatory trainings. All other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years of age. Must have a high school diploma or GED. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts, including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends. Attendance at all trainings and opportunities offered such as: CPR/First Aid, ServSafe are both mandatory. Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and culturally diverse environment. Must be able to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks. Must be able to lift, up to 25lbs. Must be able to pass a background investigation. Must be able to pass a pre‑employment Drug Test. Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License. Must be able to work in a secondhand smoke environment Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License. Health Insurance: Employee is eligible to apply within 60 days of initial hire.
