Responsibilities Oversee the daily clinical operations of the assigned unit. Supervise and support nursing staff and Certified Nursing Assistants. Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with individualized care plans. Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical charting accurately and timely. Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and family members. Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions. Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident care coordination. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Promote a positive team environment focused on resident-centered care. Participate in the weekend on-call rotation. Qualifications Current, active North Carolina LPN or RN license. Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Passion for providing exceptional care and developing others.
