This includes API connectivity, integration of onboarding and servicing functions, digital and AI-driven risk assessments, and the implementation of controls. The role requires ongoing collaboration and continuous oversight with technology and operations controls teams to ensure control gaps are identified and addressed across all functions. The control manager is responsible for driving a strong controls environment and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation throughout the platform delivery lifecycle.
