HR Coordinator: Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

Public Agency Retirement Services (PARS) is seeking an HR Coordinator to administer concurrent pay schedules, support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave management, and compliance. You will maintain employee records, support HRIS data, and help improve HR documentation and processes in a collaborative, confidential environment.
The role covers payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and full-cycle recruiting.
