Start Date: Start dates are every 2 weeks due to orientation schedule
Shift: 8hr Shifts, 4-5 days per weekCANNOT CHANGE SHIFT ONCE OFFERED
- NOC shift is slower paced
- 12s have to be approved by staffing first.
Ratios: 1:18-20 - 300 bed facility
Years of Experience REQ: 1 year plus of LTC experience, will accept clinicians with other recent specialty experience. Like rehab, med surg, hospital experience.

Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required upon center request
Certs REQ: BLS

RTO Restrictions: RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. WILL NOT APPROVE AFTER OFFERED. Cannot take every holiday off

Requirements:
Active license (state)
Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation
Strong attendance and punctuality required

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform medication passes accurately and safely
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Supervise CNAs on assigned units
