Chief Executive Officer

Hospital CEO Encompass Health seeks a transformational leader to manage a hospital within our network. The CEO will oversee full hospital operations, maintain financial stability, and ensure high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies including Joint Commission standards. Foster a work environment and culture that empowers staff to fulfill the mission. Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance performance. Maintain responsibility for patient census and actively participate in marketing services within the community. Promote and maintain a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Provide motivation and celebrate team achievements. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred). Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience. Five years of management experience in healthcare, with at least 2‑3 years in a senior management position. Demonstrated ability in overseeing hospital operations, budget development, marketing for volume growth, program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure implementation, and regulatory compliance. Willingness to work weekdays/weekends, evenings/nights, and on religious/legal holidays.
