Aquatic SupervisorSupervise activities and use of pool/whirlpool/aquatic area to ensure a clean, safe environment. Maintains a neat, orderly, and safe aquatic environment. Properly performs duties according to established guidelines. Understands importance of complete and accurate Aquatic Log entries. Recognizes the value of member satisfaction through positive interactions with aquatic users, instructors, CPOs, and supervisors.Minimum Education: None Required, High School Diploma or Equivalent PreferredMinimum Years of Experience: None Required, At least 1 year lifeguard experience PreferredRequired License, Registry or Certification: Certified Lifeguard, includes CPR/AED/FIRST AIDPreferred: WSI, CPOKnowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Ability to direct and participate in the extrication of bodies from the water in an emergency, familiarity with backboard and other water safety devices.
