Our team members help empower individuals by offering personalized programs that honor each person's uniqueness and potential.The Certified Nursing Assistant assists clients with personal cares, basic housekeeping and client specific duties specifically with our Private Pay clients. They carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: client safety, bathing, toileting, transfer assistance, meal preparation, cleaning/housekeeping, companionship, shopping, transporting clients, and running errands.Ideal Candidate Profile:Compassionate and dependable with a genuine desire to help othersOrganized, attentive, and safety-consciousComfortable assisting with personal care and daily living activitiesFlexible and able to follow specific instructions for individualized client careStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetAble to maintain client dignity while promoting independenceKey Responsibilities:Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentialAssist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfersFollow client-specific Plans of Care and dietary guidelinesPrepare and serve meals according to client needs and preferencesMaintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environmentSupport client independence while ensuring safetyProvide companionship and engage clients in daily activitiesPerform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as neededRespond promptly and competently in emergency situationsNotify supervisor of changes in client behavior or healthComplete assigned client-specific duties and contribute to team effortsEDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant.Must have previous experience providing personal cares.Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must possess a valid WI driver's license, and ability to meet agency driving standards.Must provide proof of auto insurance.Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.Extra Bonuses (Yes, this keeps getting better):Weekend Shift Premium- $1.00/hrCompetitive WagesHealth, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan and more (some exclusions apply)Room for advancementPaid TrainingPaid Time Off (accrues after 1st full month)Paid Travel TimePaid Mileage ReimbursementReady to Apply?
