At Catalis, we are committed to leveraging technology to make government interactions simpler, faster, and more accessible.This role supports the financial operations of Florida's Prepaid College and 529 Savings Plans through accurate processing and record maintenance. It ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls. By maintaining reliable financial data, it helps families plan confidently for future education.This role is based in our Tallahassee, FL office.What You Will DoFinancial Operations & Reconciliation: Manage check/ACH distributions, prepare and review reconciliations, and continuously improve reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Process Improvement & Risk Management: Evaluate workflows, procedures, and controls to streamline operations, eliminate redundancies, and recommend enhancements that minimize financial risk.Reporting & Analysis: Maintain and produce ad hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.
