Assistent(e) Import & Internationaal Transport Famiflora zoekt een Assistent(e) Import & Internationaal Transport voor het beheer van internationale stromen (extra‑Europa en Europa), interne transporten, logistieke kostenanalyse, bestellingen uit Azië en beheersing van HS-codes. 1. Beheer van internationaal transport (Extra-Europa & Europa) Organisatie van maritiem en wegtransport met vervoerders en rederijen. Opvolging van verschepingen, import/exportplanningen en dossiercoördinatie. Coördinatie van intra-Europees transport (groupage, volledig, gedeeltelijk). Reservaties, ladingen, tracking en consolidatie. Optimalisatie van volumes en kosten. 3. Interne transporten (naar klanten) Organisatie van leveringen in België en buurlanden. Coördinatie met de Domestic-afdeling. 4. Administratie & douanedocumentatie Opmaak en controle van douanedocumenten (BL, facturen, verschepingsdocumenten). Samenwerking met de douanedienst. 5. Analyse & vergelijking van logistieke kosten Analyse van transporttarieven, vergelijking van offertes. Kostberekening per m³ / container / pallet. Opvolging en optimalisatie met PAVAN. 6. Beheer van Aziatische bestellingen Bestaande bestellingen opnieuw plaatsen volgens behoefte. Logistieke opvolging bij Aziatische leveranciers. Controle van documenten (CI, PL, COO…). 7. Beheersing van HS-codes Verifiëren van HS-codes op douane- en interne documenten. Bachelor internationale handel, logistiek of gelijkwaardig. #J-18808-Ljbffr
