Program Manager II - Cell Lab (GMP)

Program Manager II supporting a GMP laboratory in Middleton, Wisconsin in a fully remote capacity. Manages client-facing projects with emphasis on financial oversight, timelines, and stakeholder communications while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and coordination for study initiation and stability launches
Manage project financials, forecasts, revenue recognition, and budget adherence
Translate protocol requirements into internal systems and coordinate testing schedules
Facilitate internal meetings and support external client communications and documentation
Evaluate project timelines, identify risks, and implement process improvement opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
3+ years of related program or project management experience
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Advanced organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with enterprise applications and office productivity software
Demonstrated analytical and compliance capabilities
Ability to work effectively across multi-level teams under pressure
