Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Administer medications and monitor client health as needed.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition planning.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in senior care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.
