Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role in the therapeutic journey of individuals and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' needs, both as couples and individuals.
\n
• Facilitating both joint therapy sessions for couples and individual therapy to address personal issues impacting relationships.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tackle issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and medical stresses.
\n
• Developing customized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and needs.
\n
• Monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health and wellness.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
