Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized measurement tools to track outcomes.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their values, preferences, and specific goals for therapy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote client engagement and therapeutic progress.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients experiencing mood disorders.
