Automotive BDC Sales Representative

Overview Dover Dodge is rapidly growing automotive retailer and finance company that is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC). Bi-lingual Spanish preferred. Qualifications BDC Representative Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience; experience in an automotive setting preferred Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice Possess time management skills and be able to work independently High school diploma or GED equivalent Bi-lingual BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience: Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
