Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and digest soil and water samples for IC and HPLC analysis
• Retrieve samples from storage and prepare reagents and standards for daily use
• Evaluate backlog, prioritize workload by due dates and holding times
• Document sample preparation details, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with quality assurance programs
• Communicate with managers and analytical teams on job status, rush timelines, and technical issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High school chemistry coursework and basic laboratory experience
• General chemistry or science knowledge with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet strict time constraints
• Professional English proficiency for reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation: $18–$22 per hour
