-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What you’ll do: * Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings * Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session * Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA * Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What you’ll need:

• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple
