Research Assistant
Touro University New York
Overview The student researcher will participate in the Youth in Action for Health research team meetings.
10-20 hours Fall and Spring; 15-30 hours Summer Not to exceed 30 hours per week in the summer and 20 hours per week in the fall and spring Responsibilities The student researcher will participate in the Youth in Action for Health research team meetings; will assist with the development of virtual project curriculum and implementation of project activities engaging Jesse Bethel BioMedical Academy high school students; will assist with development, implementation, analysis and dissemination of study results and the development of research abstracts and papers and and presentataion of results, and will assist with the development of grant applications. Qualifications Experience working in a community or school health promotion program or participating in a community based intervention or research project is helpful but is not required.
Federal Work Study eligible undergraduate/graduate students attending Touro College.
