WO-014 Procurement Analyst with Security Clearance

Position Summary The Procurement Analyst supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by tracking expenditures, managing procurement cycles, and ensuring contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies. This role administers chargeback arrangements, supports budgeting documentation, and ensures cost efficiency and compliance with security regulations across all program work orders. This future opportunity is contingent upon award. Responsibilities Track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations, including DFARS and FAR. Perform market research to identify cost-effective procurement strategies and recommend optimizations for supply chain efficiency. Administer chargeback arrangements—subject to approval by the Government PM and COR—and document all chargeback activities in the centralized license and services ledger. Submit the Procurement Compliance & Cost Efficiency Review, analyze expenditure trends, contract execution, and budget adherence. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in procurement analysis. Demonstrated experience in DFARS and FAR processes for DoD acquisition regulations. Experience in cost forecasting and procurement workflow optimization. Experience working with acquisition software and federal procurement databases. Experience with financial tracking tools and cost estimation. Experience with contract analysis and procurement audits. Working knowledge of acquisition software, financial tracking tools, and cost estimation. Proficiency in contract analysis and procurement audits. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills. Ability to support budgeting documentation and usage monitoring for chargeback arrangements. Education Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) (Preferred, not required). DoD Financial Management Certification (Preferred, not required).
