Senior Software Engineer, Product Foundations Location: New York, New York Overview Justworks enables businesses to run their operations without HR headaches. The Product Foundations team owns core platform capabilities that serve both administrators and employees, including reporting, analytics, document management, training, calendars, communications, and organizational data access. About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and ship reliable, scalable solutions with broad impact across the platform. You will own large‑scoped projects from discovery to launch, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and drive engineering excellence through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
