Transportation Specialist

We are seeking a Transportation Operations Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role provides essential administrative and logistics support, with a strong focus on scheduling, routing efficiency, and data accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with logistics software.

*Monday-Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, On-site)

Required Skills & Experience
- At least one year of dispatching experience required
- Experience with logistics scheduling or dispatch software (CTS preferred)
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of roadways and geography for routing purposes
- Ability to review and analyze routes for efficiency improvements
