Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dependable Exterior cleaning tech. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to tow and back up a 16' trailer.
- Basic knowledge of commercial pressure washing equipment, accessories, and tools
- Willingness to learn soft washing systems and specialized cleaning techniques.
- Ability to wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Operate and maintain soft washing and pressure washing systems, including J-xet, down-streaming, and 12v soft wash systems.
- Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals (sodium hypochlorite, acid cleaners, degreasers) while following all PPE and safety protocols.
- Tow and back up a 16' trailer to job sites.
- Complete paver repairs, sanding, and sealing projects.
- Perform light painting tasks (e.g., pool decks, driveways) as needed.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, safe working order.
- Provide excellent customer service while working on residential and commercial properties.
- M-Th 8am until complete 20-25/hrs with potential 40 hours.
- $18.00 /hour
- Push, pull, lift up to 60 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
- 1 Year
