Billing Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Invoice Analyst to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact, fully onsite contract role supporting a busy drilling department. You’ll play a key part in keeping invoice processing accurate, organized, and moving quickly. Compensation: $20 - 22 /hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities & Duties: Process incoming and outgoing invoices with accuracy. Review invoices for completeness and billing errors. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on payment questions. Maintain detailed records, notes, and supporting documentation. Assist with audit preparation and reporting. Enter invoice and billing data efficiently. Identify and communicate process issues. Required Qualifications & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Experience with high-volume invoice processing. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication with internal and external partners. Basic problem-solving and research skills. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Oil and gas industry experience. SAP or similar invoicing system experience.
