Position Requirements - Reception

• Offer friendly and efficient customer service demonstrating honor, dignity, and respect in all interactions with guests
• Dominate a specific area of the restaurant, which may include but is not limited to:
• Receiving guest orders
• Operating a cash register and receiving payment from guests in cash, credit card, or digital format
• Accurately counting U.S. currency and providing change to customers as needed
• Offering a high level of hospitality to each guest
• Preparing and delivering guest orders
• Cleaning and restocking counters, condiment stations, and restrooms
• Following food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Working efficiently
• Able to stand for several hours at a time
• Lifting objects up to 20 pounds as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods, with safety being our top priority
