Quality Technician

Adler Pelzer Group is a globally leading supplier of components and systems for the commercial vehicle and automotive industries headquartered in France. We are seeking a motivated and committed Quality Technician. The Quality Technician ensures quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.
The following are the major duties and responsibilities of the Quality Technician:-
- Complete Receiving Inspection per Work Instructions.
- Test realization of pellet specific gravity
- Tests realization of Melt flow rate
- Prepare material test reports
- Assurance the Check Fixture Usage
- Maintain Calibrations per QSI Calibration database.
- Provide maintenance to Check fixture devices
- Perform of Scrap Entry-Reporting
- Complete testing per Work Instructions.
- Completes forms, recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Assist in training new operators to WI’s and customer specification requirements.
- Overtime is sometimes required which may include weekends.
- Adhere to ISO 14001 requirements
- Adhere to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements
- Adhere to Customer Specific requirements
- Execution of layered process audits
