Role Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They work within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. The nurse coordinates patient care activities, maintains practice standards, and ensures quality nursing care for all assigned staff.
