Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Spanish Language Patrol in ORLANDO, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to employees, visitors, and clients. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, members, and employees at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, surrounding grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, employee access, and the reporting of unauthorized entry attempts in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
