Monthly Bonus Opportunities for qualified applicants. R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC Inc. is looking for a CSR/Dispatch Lead. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with an attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects at one time. Good customer communication is a must. This hands‑on role is responsible for a variety of responsibilities including assisting with the onboarding of new customers and jobs, and scheduling of production labor. Yoder Career Video As a CSR/Dispatch Lead, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $65,000/yr, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus! You will also be eligible for generous benefits including health vision dental life insurance a 401(k) 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service 5 paid sick days paid holidays monthly bonus opportunities uniforms $300 sign-on bonus competitive compensation and benefits. Duties To Include Onboarding new customers and jobs via good phone customer service Assist Project Managers in the scheduling of field production labor Assist Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions Assist with Permitting tasks Work with the production, purchasing and management staff as a team to bring projects from conception to completion Performs other duties as assigned
