Maintenance Supervisor *2nd Shift

Job Description Supervise daily maintenance activities across aseptic processing and filling areas Assign and prioritize work based on production demand, food safety risk, and equipment criticality Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to maintenance mechanics Ensure breakdowns and emergency repairs are executed safely and efficiently Participate in shift handovers and daily downtime reviews Ensure all employees are trained and follow all company, OSHA safety programs Ensure compliance with GMP policies, GFSI, FDA, USDA, and third‑party audit requirements Supervise and assign the work of maintenance employees Inspect work for completeness Determine material, equipment, and supplies to be used; transfer equipment and personnel between projects as necessary Maintain time cards and routine records Coordinate or install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems in the Beverage department Coordinate and inspect major contract work on mechanical and related systems Qualifications Tactful, courteous communication with employees and vendors/contractors Experience installing, inspecting, repairing and maintaining basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, and related systems Understanding of aseptic systems, CIP/COP, and sanitation practices Blueprint and schematic literacy (mechanical and electrical) Knowledge of CMMS (preferably Oracle eAM) Ability to perform various clean‑up and maintenance tasks as needed Ability to update inventories and supplies as needed Strong comprehension of written and oral instructions Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions for maintenance duties Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience with aseptic or high‑hygiene operations strongly preferred Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 plus discretionary bonus, dependent on skills & experience.
