Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Safe Space Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and developing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans. Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to tailor interventions that meet the individual needs of your clients. Maintaining precise and organized clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and readily accessible. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate cohesive and coordinated patient care. Engaging in regular consultation meetings with peers to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and continually enhance the quality of care provided. Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and available resources to empower them in their recovery journey. Staying current with mental health research and advancing your clinical skills by attending workshops, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will encounter a varied clientele that includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Your expertise will support patients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns. You will play a vital role in helping clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental health as they navigate life's complexities. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona. A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services. Expertise in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective patient interactions. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess client needs and respond appropriately. The ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a community health clinic or outpatient setting. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling best practices. Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
