You will utilize the existing sales stack as well as assist in vetting new stack technologies as needed to ensure maximum efficiency across our inbound and outbound teams with the goal of consistently providing sub-2-minute response times. You will continue the work already established within the org and look for new ways of further improving the scripting, training, new hire onboarding, and any other areas as needed. Coaching, mentoring, and assisting your team in order to achieves lead response time, opportunity quality scoring, and pipeline contribution goals for the department. Managing to KPIs is your strong suit and leading a transparent team should be your primary focus. Role will be located in Tampa, FLIn this role you will: Quickly learn current sales development processes Drive pipeline contribution at or above quotaRecruit, interview, and hire excellent SDR’s at scaleOnboard and train SDR’s to develop sales skills and deep product knowledgeDeveloping and continuously improving lead qualification using established criteria such as ANUM – Authority, Need, Urgency, Money Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable and predictable process for developing and growing the SDR Inbound practice while improving efficiency and keeping the team energized and motivated.
