Description

American Traveler seeks a CVOR Surgical Technologist First Assist for a hospital CVOR unit requiring 18 months of CVOR experience and strong endovascular skills.

Details

• Hospital CVOR unit position with AM shift schedule
• 10-hour shifts
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months full-time experience within a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years
• Must have all 3's and 4's for cardiac and vascular procedures
• Strong endovascular experience required
• License required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Act as First Assist for cardiac and vascular surgical procedures, including cannulation and endovascular cases
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, as local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Former Emory employees must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
