Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to design and manage the engagement and governance model supporting Gong Engage across a large global sales organization. This is not a technical implementation or rollout management position. The role focuses on building the cross-functional structure around the platform, defining how stakeholders collaborate, maintaining the Sales Plays and content engagement model, and establishing an effective product feedback loop. Working at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, revenue operations, and program management, you will help translate Gong Engage capabilities into measurable improvements in seller productivity, platform adoption, and business performance. Key Responsibilities Design and establish the operating framework for how Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, regional leadership, field teams, and other stakeholders collaborate around Gong Engage. Define governance structures, decision-making processes, communication cadences, responsibilities, and escalation paths. Ensure consistent alignment between global strategy, regional priorities, and field requirements. Sales Plays and Content Management Develop and maintain an ongoing engagement model for Sales Plays and sales content within Gong Engage. Define how content is introduced, reviewed, refreshed, localized, and retired. Partner with regional and functional teams to ensure content remains relevant and effective across different markets. Migration and Change Coordination Define the stakeholder engagement and coordination model supporting the migration from the existing platform to Gong Engage. Establish communication, alignment, and change-management frameworks. Coordinate stakeholders throughout the migration while allowing technical and operational teams to manage the execution. Rollout Engagement Model Define how teams, functions, and regions collaborate throughout different rollout phases. Ensure that the appropriate governance and coordination structures support enablement, adoption, and long-term platform usage. Identify and address cross-functional dependencies, risks, and alignment gaps. Product Feedback and Roadmap Alignment Partner with internal product management teams to gather and document platform requirements. Prioritize feature requests and roadmap needs based on business impact. Maintain a structured feedback loop with the Gong product team. Ensure the platform roadmap remains aligned with global sales and go-to-market priorities. Adoption and Impact Measurement Define meaningful engagement, adoption, seller productivity, and business-impact metrics. Monitor platform usage and stakeholder participation. Prepare regular progress reports and recommendations for senior leadership. Use data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the engagement model. Required Experience and Skills Demonstrated experience managing complex, enterprise-scale programs involving multiple functions, stakeholders, and regions. Strong hands-on knowledge of Gong Engage and the wider Gong platform, including Conversation Intelligence and Forecast. Experience designing governance models, operating structures, stakeholder cadences, and cross-functional coordination frameworks. Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, regional teams, and field stakeholders without direct authority. Experience supporting global programs that require regional coordination and content localization. Strong organizational skills and the ability to build repeatable, scalable processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to define, monitor, and report adoption and business-impact metrics. Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce integrations and the wider revenue technology ecosystem. Background in sales enablement, revenue operations, seller productivity, or go-to-market strategy. Experience with sales engagement platforms. Familiarity with Sales Play methodologies. Knowledge of run-the-business frameworks. Experience supporting platform migrations or large-scale change-management initiatives.
