Technical Program Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead multiple initiatives focused on SaaS platforms, scientific applications, and system integrations within a global pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements, releases, integrations, and validation activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Business, and external vendors. Drive release planning, testing readiness, deployment activities, and stakeholder communications. Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and program governance artifacts (RAID logs, status reports, roadmaps). Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and planning sessions. Support user adoption through training, communications, and change management. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Technology, SaaS, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or regulated environments. Proven success managing multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing, delivery governance, and change management. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Scientific Informatics, ELN, Laboratory Systems, or Research Applications. Knowledge of SaaS releases, system integrations, and vendor management. Familiarity with GxP, validation, quality, and regulatory requirements. Experience working in global matrix organizations.
