Sitework Estimator at Marous Brothers Construction Marous Brothers Construction (MBC) , located in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking a self‑motivated Civil Estimator for our Site Building Group. The role involves shaping the future of construction projects through analytical skills and creative problem‑solving. Your Role Analyze blueprints and specifications for civil and concrete scopes. Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages. Conduct site visits and gather field data. Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Present estimates and support preconstruction strategy. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in civil/concrete estimating. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in estimating software and Excel. Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines. Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
