A well-established, innovative, and respected hospitality group is searching for a Restaurant Manager to join its growing team. This role will support the General Manager in leading daily operations, elevating guest experiences, and inspiring a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in upscale, high-volume dining, a passion for food, wine, and hospitality, and the ability to cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.

Restaurant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Guest-first leadership with professionalism
- Inspire, mentor & develop FOH team
- Oversee daily operations & service standards
- Manage scheduling, labor & inventory
- Partner with chefs on food & beverage quality
- Support budgeting & cost control
- Drive revenue while elevating guest experience
- Build strong guest relationships on the floor
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails & whiskey
- 3+ years upscale restaurant management experience
