Electronic Assembler – $16/Hour – Houston, PA Full-Time | 1st Shift | No Experience Required | Paid Training Express Employment Professionals is hiring Electronic Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing company in the Houston, PA area . This is a full-time Electronic Assembler job offering $16.00 per hour , paid on-the-job training, and opportunities for long-term growth. No previous electronics or manufacturing experience is required! The right candidates will receive hands-on training and cross-training in multiple areas, including SMT Machine Operation and Burn Room operations , while building valuable skills in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly. Electronic Assembler Responsibilities Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using color-coded assembly instructions Install mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, torque drivers, pop riveters, and air tools Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality Perform basic go/no-go testing on completed assemblies Read and follow written and verbal work instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Cross-train in multiple manufacturing departments Perform other duties as assigned Electronic Assembler Qualifications No previous experience required – paid training provided Manufacturing, production, electronics, or assembly experience is a plus but not required Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to identify color-coded components Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and work in a team environment Must be able to pass a background screening Pay & Schedule Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time Location: Houston, PA Training: Paid on-the-job training Benefits & Career Growth No prior experience necessary Paid training and hands-on learning Cross-training in multiple manufacturing departments Opportunities for advancement Multiple permanent, full-time positions available Low-cost health insurance Dental and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
