Senior Accountant

Title: Senior Accountant Salary: $120,000-$140,000 Location: Greater Boston, 90% remote Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join an established international business with a growing US operation Step into a visible Senior Accountant role with direct exposure to leadership Take ownership of key accounting areas across close, reporting, and daily operations Help improve processes, strengthen controls, and create a more efficient finance function Hybrid schedule with potential for added flexibility after the onboarding period Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities Support full‑cycle accounting including month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll, and reporting Assist with inventory accounting, intercompany activity, and US GAAP compliance Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analysis for management review Help identify process gaps and support improvements around systems, controls, and workflows Partner with both US and international finance teams to support accurate and timely reporting Senior Accountant Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or related role Strong hands‑on accounting background within a small to midsize company environment Experience with month‑end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting Knowledge of US GAAP and ability to support inventory and intercompany accounting Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or a similar ERP preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
