- Opportunity to work across a multi-entity organization supporting nursing homes, assisted living, and rehabilitation centers throughout Massachusetts
- Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office during onboarding, transitioning to increased remote flexibility
- High-visibility role with exposure to consolidations, intercompany accounting, and technical accounting initiatives
- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules prepared by Staff Accountants
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, settlements, and supporting documentation across multiple entities
- Lead the consolidated month-end close process, including elimination entries and consolidated financial reporting
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support internal and external financial reporting requirements
- Mentor junior accounting staff while ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Multi-entity, consolidation, and intercompany accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
