Weekend Receptionist Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients during weekend hours. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual. Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients as needed. Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of weekend activities. Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or customer service is a plus. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Availability to work weekends is a must.
