As part of our team, you'll focus on promoting State Farm's trusted insurance and financial products while building strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to guide clients through their insurance options and ensure they make informed decisions.
  • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend the best products and services for them.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
