Quality Assurance & Data Analytics Specialist - EEO & Workplace Culture

Come join us at con Edison as a Quality Assurance Data Analytics Specialist where you will support workforce-related projects and processes, analyze investigations, deliver training, and partner with business customers to design, develop, and own end-to-end Power BI solutions. You will build complex dashboards and tracking tools that surface actionable insights, combine multiple data sources with robust data modeling and DAX, and maintain report accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders across the company. You will present complex analyses in clear, understandable terms to audiences at all levels, track investigation progress and case outcomes, and establish systems and controls that keep case tracking, EEOP data, and other performance metrics audit ready. This role also owns timely preparation and ongoing compliance of con Edisons annual Equal Employment Opportunity Plan (EEOP) and EEO programs consistent with Executive Order 11246 and applicable federal, state, and local civil rights laws, so attention to detail and familiarity with compliance processes are key. You will document procedures, train users, and continuously improve data quality and reporting practices so leaders can make fair, data informed decisions.
